Projects tie pre-plan tasks, production events, and release drops together. Think "Budget Battlers Ep 1" as one container with everything for that piece of content.
Setting this gives you a reference point for task dates — you'll see how many days before the release each task falls, and Production segments auto-schedule from it.
Set this when the project airs on Channel 9 — the Channel 9 production segments schedule back from this date instead of the general release date.
Tick the tasks you need for this project, then set a due date and assignee for each. Edit the list of available tasks in ⚙ Settings → Pre-prod Tasks.
Create multiple copies of — each with a shifted target date. Useful for weekly or monthly series like CH or VV.
Use {n} as a placeholder for the copy number, starting from 2.

Segments with default timing (⏱) auto-schedule from the project's anchor dates. The fallback date is only used for tasks without default timing (or when the matching anchor date isn't set). You can fine-tune any task afterwards.
